I was born into a working-class family in early 2009 in the coastal New England town of Darien, Connecticut, an hour away from New York. That small beachside town was all I ever knew. In 2020, when I was just 11, my dad got a new job, and we had to move to South River, Canada. He is the CFO of Gannet which owns The Washington Post. The moment I watched the movie, Its A Wonderful Life, I fell in love with the 1940s. I love everything about it, the music, the telephones, the ads, the technology. Ever since I found a key date 1932-S silver quarter in my pocket change, I fell in love with the art of coin collecting. I hope you like my posts!
